Terms & Conditions

We value your privacy. Rest assured that your information is secure, and under no circumstances will we disclose your data to any third party.
By subscribing, you hereby acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
Application Form Completion: Please ensure that the application form is completed accurately.
Notification of Personal Information Changes: In the event of any changes to the personal information you provided in the form, it is your responsibility to promptly inform the company and provide verifiable evidence of such changes.
Application Validation: Your application will be deemed valid upon confirmation of payment.
Payment Duration: You acknowledge that the payment duration selected on the subscription form requires that monthly installments be made on or before the end of each month.
No Refunds: You understand and accept that all payments made are non-refundable.
Payment Review: Failure to make payments for six consecutive months will result in a review of the total agreed payment, subject to the prevailing market prices at that time.
No Conversion: Any payments made cannot be converted for the purchase of any other products offered by the company.
Plot Reduction: You agree that reducing the number of plots subscribed to after the initiation of this transaction is not permissible.
Allocation Availability: You agree to make yourself available for plot allocation upon full payment for the land and the allocation fee.
Allocation Fee: A fee of N50,000.00 per plot will be charged as the allocation fee. This is currently waived
Additional Charges:
- Radiant Court Epe: An additional N600,000.00 per plot will be charged for the Legal Deed upon completion of payment.
- Radiant Court Itori: N250,000 will be charged. Processing the survey and perfecting the title will be the sole responsibility of the subscriber.
- Radiant Court Imota Ikorodu: N300,000 will be charged. Processing the survey and perfecting the title will be the sole responsibility of the subscriber.
- Payment Methods: All payments must be made into the designated bank accounts provided by the company, either by cash, transfer, or cheque/draft, on or before the last day of each month.

Acceptance of Terms: By subscribing, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions, which shall guide this transaction.
